The Conference Awards Selection Committee will be accepting nominations for the 2012 Fall Substance Abuse Conference Awards soon. Please check back.
The awards give members of the Utah Substance Abuse and Mental Health system an opportunity to honor exemplary contributions that improve understanding and enhance awareness of substance abuse or treatment of substance abuse.
To be considered for the 2012 awards, an individual, program or organization must have set an example for his or her colleagues and/or made significant contributions in the provision of services in the areas of criminal justice/drug court, prevention or treatment.
Individuals in any state, local authority program or private organization may submit nominations.
Award winners will be determined by the Conference Awards Selection Committee and will be notified in late August. Awards will be presented on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at the Fall Substance Abuse Conference Awards Luncheon.
