The Conference will begin on Wednesday, September 21 at 8:30 a.m. and conclude on Friday, September 23 at 12:00 p.m. See the Program page for a detailed schedule.

Tuesday, September 20 from 5:00 - 7:30 p.m., Hilton Garden Inn Hotel (next door to the Dixie Convention Center)

Wednesday, September 21 and Thursday, September 22 from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Dixie Center

Friday, September 23, 7:30 - 8:30 a.m., Dixie Center

Participants are responsible for making their own lodging reservations. Lodging is not included in the registration fee.

Complimentary parking is provided at the Dixie Center for Conference attendees.

The conference committee would like to encourage participants to carpool whenever possible.

For individuals or groups that would rather not drive, there is shuttle service available to St. George.

The shuttle departs from Salt Lake City (Midvale), Provo, Nephi, Fillmore, Beaver and Cedar City!

They also offer services from the Las Vegas Airport to St. George.

The cost is from $45 - $55 per person each way. Reservations are required!

Senior citizen discounts. Taxi, USA can serve destinations as far away as Zion National Park and Las Vegas, Nevada.

The St. George Airport (SGU) does not have an airport shuttle. However, most hotels in the area have airport transportation. Call your hotel to be picked up or schedule in advance. An airport shuttle can arrive at the airport within 5-10 minutes. See Lodging for your hotel contact information to call about a shuttle.

The Conference registration fee includes continental breakfast and beverage breaks each day; casual lunch on Wednesday, September 21 and a served awards luncheon on Thursday, September 22. All other meals are the responsibility of participants.

If you would like a vegetarian meal for lunch on Wednesday or Thursday, please be sure to indicate this in the special accommodations field on the online or paper registration form. Participants with other special dietary needs such as gluten free or dairy free, are welcome to include this information under special accommodations but there is no guarantee that the conference can accommodate these needs. Participants will be contacted, prior to the event, with information as to whether special meals could be made available. Thank you.
