Full Conference Group Rates (Wednesday, Sept. 21 - Friday, Sept. 23) This rate is available for organizations sending four (4) or more participants. All participants must be from the same organization. Please use coupon code UFCRM12 when registering. |

Per Day Individual Rates This rate applies to participants choosing to attend one day of the conference rather than the full conference. Each day (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) is charged at the same daily rate. |

Regular rates are valid from August 25 - September 23
Registration rates include certificate of attendance for continuing education as well as breakfast; lunch will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday. Lodging and travel arrangements are not included.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the conference, please send a written cancellation notice to
CASAT no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 2, 2011 for a full refund. If your cancellation notice is received after September 2, 2011 a refund will not be possible. Thank You.
