Exhibit Space
Each exhibit space consists of one 6’ long and 30” wide skirted table, and 1 chair. Table-top exhibit fee include all meals provided at conference, participant items, and a program which includes your company name and address. The Fall Conference is providing complimentary wireless internet to exhibitors.

Additional Furniture, equipment and accessories

Additional furniture, draping, accessories, and/or decorations are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor and should be approved in advance by the conference organizers. All booth equipment and accessories must follow the standards established by the Fire Marshall.

Advertisement will be placed in the Fall Conference Program. This is an excellent way to showcase your organization’s programs or products at a low cost.

Graphics
• Logo, advertisement, and/orgraphic must be received by Friday, August 26, 2011in order for items to be printed in program, prepared for conference bags or placed on conference signs, etc.


• Acceptable file formats for logos and advertisements include EPS, high resolution PDF, JPG or TIF. Files should be saved in the original application/file format in which they were created with no bleeds. Photos/ images should be high resolution and received in the file size you wish to have it printed; i.e., 600 dpi or higher for black and white, 300 dpi or higher for color/grayscale. Please do not send logos/photos/images from word processing software, presentation software or web sites.

Door Prizes
Participants will receive a raffle ticket to participate in door-prize drawing each day of the Conference. We would like to invite sponsors, advertisers and exhibitors to contribute a door prize(s). Contributing organization will be recognized during drawings which is another great way to advertise your organization! Please indicate your interest on the Application Form.

Lodging
Exhibitors are responsible for their own lodging, transportation and travel arrangements. For information regarding lodging, parking and transportation in St. George, please see Logistics.


Confirmation
A confirmation notification, including detailed information about set-up hours, where to ship materials, and other pertinent information will be sent via e-mail to the contact person listed on the application upon receipt of payment.


Payment and Cancellation Policies
All payments must be received prior to the event. The conference organizer reserves the right to refuse admission if full payment is not received prior to the event. The conference organizer must receive official cancellation from the sponsor, exhibitor, or advertising organization by August 26, 2011 to provide a full refund. If the conference organizer is notified of cancellation after August 26, no refund will be provided.  Thank you.
