2012 Handouts
To be environmentally friendly, the 2012 Conference Planning Committee has decided to not provide paper copies of presenter handouts. Some presenters may choose to bring their own paper handouts for distribution. Instead, presenters are encouraged to provide an electronic copy of their handout(s) to be posted to the website.
Some handouts are received prior to the conference, however, most are received during or after the conference. All handouts approved for posting will be available below, listed by presenter name and presentation title. This could also prove to be a valuable resource for participants who were not able to attend some presentations
